Spicy Chilly Chicken

Those who are fond of spice.. can always try this Non vegetarian starter..
CHILLY CHICKEN... mouth watering dish.
Most of times whenever have been to Nandini Palace Restaurant, this is one of the must dish in the list of order!! :)

No recipe can beat Nandini style chilly chicken
Though that's gravy kind one.. i like it ... :)

while here have tried my own style of recipe which is Dry chilly chicken that can be considered as starter.

It's a mix of manchurian and chilly chicken taste..

Can try this out rite now and do write your opinion/suggestions

CHILLY CHICKEN


Ingredients:
Tender Chicken (medium sized)- 1kg
Tomato Sauce-1/2 Tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Vinegar- 1 Tbsp
Green Chilly Sauce- 1/2 Tbsp
Egg - 3 no's
Corn flour - 3 tsp
Cooking oil-( For deep fry)1/2 liter
Fresh green chillies - 20 no's
Capsicum (medium sized) -3 no's
Onions (medium sized) - 2 no's
Salt to taste


Preparation:
  • Make a mixture  for marination as follows..
  • In bowl, mix tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, green chilly sauce and salt.
  • Add cleaned chicken into the above mixture.
  • Let it marinate for hour.
  • In mean while,Brake the eggs and beat well till fluffy.
  • Pour this beaten egg over marinated chicken.
  • Add corn flour and mix all together.
  • Keep it aside for about 1 hour.
  • Heat the oil an deep fry the chicken pieces till done and crisp.
  • In other pan , add some oil put the flame high.
  • Add capsicum, onions and Slit chillies and saute for minute in high flame.
  • Add fried chicken pieces and mix well together.
  • And here we go with Crunchy Chilly chicken ready to eat.
