ನುಗ್ಗೆ ಸೊಪ್ಪಿನ ಬಸ್ಸಾರು / Nugge soppina Bassaru

ಬಸ್ಸಾರು ರುಚಿ ಅಹಹ್ ಅಹಹ್ ...  :) ಅದ್ರಲ್ಲಿ ನುಗ್ಗೆ ಸೊಪ್ಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡುವಂತ ಬಸ್ಸಾರಿನ ಜೊತೆ ಬಿಸಿ ಬಿಸಿ ಮುದ್ದೆ ಅದರ ಮಜಾನೆ ಬೇರೆ . 

ಇದು ಹೆಚ್ಹಾಗಿ ಗೌಡರ ಸ್ಪೆಷಲ್ ಅಡುಗೆ ಅಂತ ಹೇಳಬಹುದು. 
ನಮ್ಮ ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳ್ಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮನೆ ಮನೆಯಲು ಮಧ್ಯಾನದ ಅಡುಗೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷವಾದ ಈ ಖಾಧ್ಯ ಹೊಲ ಗದ್ಹೆಗಳಿಗೆ  ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗ್ತಿದ್ರೆ  ಮೈಲಿ ದೂರದಿಂದ ಘಮ  ಘಮಾ ಅಂತ ಬಾಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರುಉರಿಸುಥೆ. 

ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸುವ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು ತುಂಬಾನೇ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ತರುವಂಥದು... ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕರಿ ಮೆಣಸು, ಜೀರಿಗೆ, ನುಗ್ಗೆ ಸೊಪ್ಪು, ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ, ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ .. etc 

ಆಹ್ಹ್  ಗೊತಾಯ್ತು ಇನ್ನು ಈ ಪೀಟಿಕೆ ಸಾಕು ರೆಸಿಪೆ ಎಲ್ಲಿ  ಅಂತ ನೋಡ್ತಿದಿರ   :)

Ingredients:
Drumstick leaves - 2 bunches
Dhal                       -1 cup


For Curry :
Onion                     - 3 medium sized
Garlic                      - 2 small sized
Tamarind               - Lemon sized
Cumin seeds          - 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper         - 1 teaspoon
Sambhar powder  - 3 teaspoon
cilantro leaves       - few strands
curry leaves           - few strands
Coconut pieces      - 20 grams equal
Turmeric powder  - 2 pinch
Mustard seeds       - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil                            - 1/2 table spoon
Salt to taste

For Palya :
Onion                       - 2 medium sized
Garlic                       - 10 pods
Red chilly                - 3 Nos
Curry leaves          - few strands
Oil                            - 1 table spoon
Mustard seeds       -1/2 teaspoon
Coconut shreds   some handful

Preparation :






  1. Boil Dhal with more of water till its half cooked.
  2. Then add cleaned and washed drumstick leaves to the dhal and add salt, cook till done.
  3. Separate the dhal water -stew and leaves.
  4. Onion and garlic each burn along its outer skin on direct flame.Along with this, add cumin, pepper, curry powder, turmeric,cilantro leaves, coconut, little boiled dhal, 2 raw onion, 1 garlic all together grind to smooth paste.
  5. To the stew add grounded masala ,  salt and add tamarind paste.
  6. Boil curry for 10 minutes and the curry should be little watery consistency.
  7. Seasoning should be done by adding mustard, little chopped onion, crushed garlic, curry leaves.
  8. Tasty curry is ready.
For palya :
  1.  In Kadha add oil,then add mustard seeds allow to splutter.
  2. Add curry leaves, crushed garlic, chilly, chopped onion fry well
  3. Finally add drumstick leaves , salt to taste, shredded coconut fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Hot and tasty Palya is ready to eat.

    This Nugge soppu bassaru is an authentic curry in Mandya and Mysore sect.
    I personally love this and highly health benefits more of iron contents. Very tasty and goes well with mudde.
