Masala Majjige / Butter milk

Hi friends, stop wondering... :)
I know u r thinking wats so difficult in preparing butter milk.. rite?

 S its very simple.. while today am here with the recipe of Masala majjige /  masala butter milk.
Though even this may not be difficult to most... but those who are looking for cool cool masala majjige at home can try this recipe.. definitely beats the taste of nandini butter milk.. :)

Ingredients:
Curd -2 cup
Curry leaves - 2 sticks
Cilantro leaves - 2 sticks
Green chilly - 1 No
Pepper corns - 5 No
Ginger - 1/2 inch 
Mint / Pudina leaves  - 5 No
Ice cubes - 10 No
 Salt to taste

Method of preparation:
  • In mixer, grind curry leaves, Cilantro leaves, Chilly, Pepper, Ginger,Mint leaves.
  • Though it must be rough ground paste.
  • Then add the paste to curd 
  • Add salt and ice cubes to it and beat in mixer.
  • Cool Cool Masala majjige is ready to serve.
Best drink in hot summer
