VangiBath Powder

In my previous post, you all have read about the vangibath recipe.
Most of us prefer the ready-made powders available in market, because of the time constraint in office goers..

While most of packed food items will have preservatives in them!!

But always the freshly ground powders will defnitely have fresh aroma and taste will be good and most importantly healthy, without artificial preservatives.

So... try to find sometime and, in next time you prepare vangibath with the powder you make.

VANGIBATH POWDER
Ingredients:
Red chilly (For spice)- 100 gms
Red Chilly (byadgi, for color and flavor )- 50 gms
Bengal gram- 50 gms
Black gram dhal- 30 gms
grated Copra- 1 small cup
Clove- 5 no's
Cinnamon- 1 small stick
Kapok Buds- 2 small no's


Preperation:
  • Dry roast all above said ingredients each seperatly, but except copra .
  • Dry roast this copra seperatly.
  • Grind all roasted ingredients  except copra.
  • And finally add copra and grind it partially.
  • Now mix in the powder well and store it in air tight jar.
Isn't it easy one to make? Takes less time and effortless .. your Vangibath powder is ready. :)
