ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ನೆಲ್ಲಿಕಾಯಿ  ... ವಿಟಾಮಿನ್ C ಹೇರಳವಾಗಿ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಹಳ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು.
ವಿಟಾಮಿನ್ C ಆರೋಗ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ  ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುತ್ತದೆ .
ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ನೆಲ್ಲಿಕಾಯಿ ಬಳಸಿ ಮಾಡುವಂತ ಖಾದ್ಯಗಳು ಕಮ್ಮಿ .
ಮೊರಬ್ಬ , ಉಪ್ಪಿನಕಾಯಿ, ಪಾನಕ , etc ...
ಇದು ಒಂದು ಬಿನ್ನವಾದ , ಬೇಗವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವ ತಯಾರಿ ... ಪಚಡಿ
ಹೇಗೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಅಂತ ನೋಡೋಣವ :)

This recipe is learnt from my mom.
As this is a goose berry season, had bought home more of it without thinking what for.. :)
One thing in mind while buying it, was VITAMIN Ccc .. healthyyy .. so can try many things out of it.
Some mom prepared sweet morabba, and couple of times made a healthy drink , and one noon mom had tried this new recipe and the outcome of it was a realy yummm... i loved it.

I would like to share this recipe and want all of you to try and am sure you fall love for it.

Very less ingredients and quick recipe yet very tasty ..
Ohh come on why to beat around the bush.. lets get to the recipe :)

GOOSEBERRY PACHADI

Ingredients Required:

Gooseberry - medium sized 4 no's
Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Coconut shredded - 1 table spoon
Green chilly - 2 no's
Cooking oil - 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 1 stick
Curd - 2 table spoon
Salt to taste

How to Prepare:

  • Clean the berries and chop to small pieces.
  • Grate the coconut 
  • In mixer add the berries, cumin seeds, coconut, salt, chillies to smooth paste
  • To the above mixture add the seasoning by adding mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • Finally add the curd and mix well .
  • Ready to eat 
This goes well with hot cup of Rice.
