FISH CURRY

I am here to share few non-vegetarian recipes in this article.

ಬನ್ನಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀನಿನ ಸಾರು ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ ಸಿಂಪಲ್ ಆಗಿ, ಬೇಗ ತಯಾರು ಮಾದುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ ಅಂತ ನೋಡೋಣವ....
ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ,ಮಿಕ್ಕ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರಿಗೆಲ್ಲ ಅರ್ಥ ಆಗಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸುತ್ತೇನೆ   ......

FISH   CURRY 
Can see Step by step  procedure
All u need to prepare this dish is,

Ingredients:
Fish- 1/2 kg (Either Mackerel or Sardine fish)
Onion-300 grams
Garlic-1 big
Ginger-2 inch
Fennel seed (Saunf)- 1 teaspoon
Fenugreek seeds (methi ) - 1teaspoon
Coconut paste- 1/2 cup
Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
Sambar powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder- 1/4 teaspoon
 Cooking oil-1 table spoon
Cilantro leaves(Coriander leaves)- handful
Tomatoes- 1/2 kg
Tamarind-big marble size
Salt- to taste
To Prepare:
 1) Clean the fish, mark slit open using knife. So that all flavors and salt enters fish.
2)Chop the onion into small pieces, make paste of ginger and garlic together.
3)In pan, heat cooking oil, add fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds... 
When they start spluttering and leaves aroma .. add ginger-garlic paste and fry till the pungent of garlic turns to pleasant aroma :)
4)After that add chopped onion, fry till onion turns golden brown.. then add the dry powders one by one
..start with turmeric, then chilly powder and sambar powder fry then add Chopped tomatoes with salt.
5) Fry the gravy till tomatoes are cooked well and oil starts floating on gravy... this is the indication for the gravy to be done..
6)Then Add water to the gravy, to bring it to curry consistency.. when it starts to boil Add the cleaned fish into the curry and close the lid. with low flame.
7) After 5 min Add the Tamarind pulp and coconut to the curry and let it stand for another 8 min on low flame.
8) Get down the curry from flame and garnish it with cilantro leaves .
Hmmmmmmmm... hot and sour Fish curry is ready to Serve.
