OIL FREE OMELETTE - EGG and MUSHROOM omelette

Omelettes.. regular ones are great yet towards search of new flavour in omelettes, came up with an extra punch of nutrition with an additional desi flavour with absolutely NO OIL :)
Yes you read it correct. this omelette is oil free.

Let's jump straight to the kitchen with this latest flick of mine :P

Ingredients:
Egg Big Size - 3 No's
Onion Big - 1 No
Potato Medium Size - 1 No
Mushroom - 1/4 Cup Chopped
Ripen Tomato Big - 1 No
Green Chilly - 2 No's
Salt to taste
For flavour pinch of garam masala

How to prepare:
  • Chop all the vegetables into small cubes/pieces





  • Mix all the ingredients together well except eggs.


  • In an pan spread this vegetable mixture.



  • Place the pan in oven and bake the vegetables at 220 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.



  • Then remove it from oven and mix eggs together and put it in an pudding vessel coated with oil smear.




  • Add the above mixture into it and bake at 220 degree Celsius for 12 minutes.
  • The Baked  vegetable Omelette is ready to serve.
