MANDYA STYLE NAATI KOLI LIVER FRY 
                                             / ನಾಟಿ ಕೋಳಿ ಲಿವರ್ ಫ್ರೈ 

Naati koli (Country chicken) /chicken already we have discussed advantages over broiler chicken. 

Lets see another tastier and quick recipe which almost any genre loves it.

Ingredients required:
Naati Chicken Liver - 1/2 kg
Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Cilantro leaves - few strands
Green chilly - 5 number
Ginger- garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon each
Turmeric - 2 pinch
Salt to taste



How to prepare:
1) In a pan add oil, then add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 min.
2) In mixer, grind Green chilly , turmeric, cilantro leaves to a smooth paste.
3) Add this paste to pan, and stir fry for 2 minutes.
4) Finally add cleaned liver and stir fry with salt for 10 min.
5) After its cooked , you can see oil leaving out.. at this stage add pepper powder and fry a min.
6)Now....Liver fry is ready to eat :)
