ಬದನೇಕಾಯಿ ಕೈ ಗೊಜ್ಜು 

ಉಪ್ಪು , ಹುಳಿ , ಖಾರ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮುಂದಾಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಬೇಗ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಾದ ಕೈ ಗೊಜ್ಜು ಮುದ್ದೆ ಜೊತೆ ವಹ್ ವಹ್...  :)

Ingredients required:

Brinjal / Egg plant - 1 medium sized.
Onion - 2 no
Tomato - 3 no
Red Chilly - 2 No
Green Chilly - 2 No
Garlic pod - 2 no
tamarind - 1 marble sized
Salt to taste

How to prepare:

1) Clean the egg plant and smear oil on the outer skin . Roast it on direct flame till its cooked.
2) Finely chop onion, tomatoes ,crush garlic pod , add salt, tamarind, roasted red chilly and green chilly into bowl.
3) Add the roasted egg plant and mix all together using fingers.. (ಕೈ ಗೊಜ್ಜು :))

ಬದನೇಕಾಯಿ ಹಸಿ ಕೈ ಗೊಜ್ಜು is ready to eat along with hot mudde.
