EGG BHURJI IN LESS THAN 10 min

EGG BHURJI

For all the egg lovers and eggetarians... This recipe goes to them
A very quick and easy one to prepare.


Ingredients:
Egg-4 no's
Onion-3 medium sized
Tomato-1 medium sized
green chilly-2 no's
red chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
Cilantro- 2 sticks
Turmeric-2 pinch
Capsicum -1 medium sized (optional)
Salt to taste
Cooking oil- 1 tbsp

Preparation:

  • In pan heat the oil, add finely chopped onions.
  • Fry the onions till translucent.















  • Then brake the egg into it.



















  • But do not scramble immediately, Put the flame to low.
  • After 2 min scramble the eggs.. and fry well
  • Later throw in some salt, chilly powder, finely chopped green chillies and mix for a min.
 
















  •   You can see oil separated then its time to add tomatoes and capsicum.



















  •  Keep stirring in high flame for 2 min and Egg Burji is ready ..
  • This goes very well with all kind of rotis, parathas, chapathis and poori .
