More than 100 years old mutton recipe, more of British.. Anglo recipe .From generation to generation the recipe is shared from great grand mother to grand mother, then mother and now me :) Well the ingredients are very few easily available at home and surely tastier . Very good combination along with hot hot Rasam rice and pepper fry in rainy day what better can you think of otherwise.. Ingredients: Mutton - 1/4 kg Black Pepper corns - 2 tspn Turmeric powder - 1 /4 tspn Salt to taste oil to shallow fry Method: 1. Cook the mutton by adding enough water, salt little , few pepper corns, half sliced onions. 2. Separate the cooked mutton from soup 3. Pound Pepper and salt together to fine powder 4. Using mortar crush the mutton pieces making it flat 5. Mix salt, pepper, turmeric, oil and coat the mutton pieces well 6. Shallow fry till golden brown on pan 7.Ready to serve Goes well with hot Rasam Rice and can be used as side dish. Also have posted a complete video in youtube Pl
